2. Dee Peters (American, b. 1955), watercolor, no signature found, the artist studied traditional Japanese calligraphy and painting while living in Kyoto, Japan. She currently lives in Rapid City, SD. Sheet measures 21.75 x 30, frame is 24.5 x 32.75 inches.
