156: HANDEL BRONZE & GREEN GLASS TEROCA LINE TABLE LAMP

A circa 1910 Handel lamp with bronze and green glass Teroca overlay shade, acquired from the Bruce Willis collection. Shade composed of 24 green slag curved glass panels, in twelve sections, with fine geometric Teroca overlay creating illusion of leaded glass mosaic. Shade stamped along ring with Handel and 'Patent #979664.' Patinated vase-style base includes three-socket fixture and original brass finial and heat cap. Recently rewired with period appropriate cloth wire. Measures 23.75 x 20 inches. Very good original condition, with only one small hairline crack in single glass panel.
