A fine pair of mid 19th century oil on canvas paintings, each companion piece a harbor view through architectural ruins populated by nobles and various figures, unsigned paintings in shaped, molded frames. Sight size through the frame 51.25 x 34.75 inches, the frames measure 56.5 x 39.75 inches.
Each in good condition, minor losses and craquelure overall, a very few areas of scattered touch up visible under UV light. Extremely minor areas of touch up visible at the edges.
